Blackburn boss: Chelsea unbalanced

Blackburn Rovers boss Mark Hughes is convinced Chelsea aren’t as strong as last season. Ahead of today’s big clash, Hughes said: “I have seen Chelsea on a number of occasions and certainly feel the balance of their side is not quite what it was last year. “You have to be really positive, on the front foot and ask questions of them. More often than not the champions will have the answers. But if you keep on asking them at some point you hope to have an opportunity.”
